做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
