做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
