做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
