做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
