做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝(cháng )。 -
