做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
