做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
