做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
