做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
