做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
