做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
