做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
