做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
