做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
