做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
