做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
