做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
