做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
