做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
