做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
