做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
