做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
