做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
