做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
