做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
