做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
