做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
