做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
