做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
