做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
