做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
