做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
