做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
