做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
