做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
