做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
