做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
