做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
