做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝(cháng )。 -
