做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
