做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
