做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
