做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝(cháng )。 -
