做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
