做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
