做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
