做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
