做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
