做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
