做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
